Sheridan Electric Annual Meeting Scholarship

A $500 scholarship is awarded at the Sheridan Electric Cooperative, Inc. Annual Meeting every October. The student must be a senior in high school or a college student who has a parent or legal guardian that is a member of Sheridan Electric Cooperative, Inc. The student, parent, or legal guardian may sign-up the student for the scholarship at the Annual Meeting and the student, parent, or legal guardian must be present at the time of the scholarship drawing.

MECA Memorial Scholarship

Two applicants will be chosen for the Montana Electric Cooperatives’ Association Scholarship. The participating statewide electric co-ops submit their entries to MECA for competition with a chance for a $500.00 scholarship.

Basin Electric Power Cooperative Scholarship

A $1,000.00 scholarship is awarded to a student in Sheridan Electric Cooperative’s service area, from Basin Electric Power Cooperative.

Sheridan Electric Cooperative Scholarship

Two $1,000.00 scholarships from Sheridan Electric, funded through unclaimed capital credits (the state allows the co-ops to use these funds for educational purposes only).
